Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium heat turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 14-16 mins)
Take extra care when barbecuing. If possible cook first and barbecue to finish.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
