Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook Pour into a microwaveable bowl and cover with suitable film. Pierce in several places. Stir halfway through heating time Stand for 2 minutes, after heating Check food is piping hot throughout. If not re-cover and reheat for further brief period (650W: 4 min, 750W: 3.5 min, 850W: 2.5 min)
Pour contents in to the saucepan Heat gently stirring constantly. Do not boil but serve piping hot. (Time 3-4 min)
Store in a cool dry place Once opened transfer to a non-metallic container, cover, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 2 days.
