- For the perfect evening meal...Try accompanying these Crispy Lemon&Herb Tempura Battered Basa fillets with toasted sesame seed rice noodles and crisp stir fried vegetables.Enjoy with a well chilled Bordeaux Roséor an ice cold Japanese beer.Get cooking...Place the rice noodles in a bowl with a dash of sea salt, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 5 minutes.Toast sesame seeds in oven.Cut red peppers into wedges, pak choi in half and slice spring onions then stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
