- Schweppes Tom CollinsTake a clean, well polished highball glass and add to it the juice of half a lemon (approximately 25ml) and three level teaspoons of caster sugar. Stir together until the sugar has dissolved. Then add 35ml premium gin and fill the glass to the top with fresh ice cubes. Top with Schweppes Soda Water and stir well. Garnish with a slice of lemon.Schweppes 40 Degrees in the ShadeTake a clean highball glass and fill with fresh ice cubes until the glass is around three quarters full. Add to the glass 35ml premium white rum, 25ml crème de cassis, 100ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice and 75ml Schweppes Soda Water. Stir well and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
