Preparation & Storage
- Wash all work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat.
Ensure the surface of the meat is throughly cooked.

Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
