TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per kilo Fan 160�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per kilo Gas Mark 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per kilo + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30mins Preparation and cooking instructions: Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
