An Italian inspired meatloaf made with seasoned British beef, sundried tomatoes and oregano. Hand wrapped in Prosciutto Crudo and served with a chunky tomato sauce. Tender and juicy in 50 minutes.

Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven, remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet. Place on baking tray in centre of oven. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Shake sauce sachet, empty into a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
For use by date see front of pack. Once opened consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. Keep covered. Store at bottom of refrigerator.
