Hoisin sauce - serve cold, do not heat.
To oven cook duck only. Preheat oven. Remove duck from tray and place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot and golden brown. Stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 40 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
To microwave pancakes only. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce bag containing pancakes. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 50 secs, 900W: 50 secs, 1000W: 40 secs)
To steam pancakes only. Remove pancakes from bag. Spread the pancakes on a heat-proof plate and cover with foil. Place over a pan of gently simmering water. Stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 4 mins)
