Hoisin sauce - serve cold, do not heat Do not reheat once cooled
To oven heat duck only Preheat oven. Remove duck from pouch and place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Remove from oven on the tray and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. (Time 30 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
To microwave pancakes only Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce bag containing pancakes in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check food is piping hot, if not, re-cover and heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. (650W: 50 seconds, 750W: 50 seconds, 850W: 50 seconds)
To steam pancakes only Remove pancakes from bag. Spread the pancakes slightly on a heat-proof plate and cover with foil. Place over a pan of gently simmering water. Allow to stand for 1 minute after steaming, then serve immediately. (Time 4 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
