Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray. Turn during cooking. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
Preheat grill Remove all packaging Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. (Time 14-18 mins)
Remove packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan. Add burgers, turning occasionally until golden brown and piping hot throughout. Drain well before serving. (Time 14-18 mins) BBQ (logo) Take extra care when barbecuing. If possible cook first and barbecue to finish. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Do not reheat once cooled. Keep refrigerated below 5°C For use by date see front of pack Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully in refrigerator before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
