Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove from the packaging.
Type Temp Rare Medium Electric 200�C 15-20 mins 25-30mins Fan 180�C 15-20 mins 25-30mins Gas Mark 6 15-20mins 25-30mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven, cook to desired preference but ensure that the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Cover with foil and allow to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before serving. ( Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see outer box label. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.
