Preparation & Storage


  • Recipe suggestion: Beef & Oyster Stir Fry Serves 2 1. Cook 2 Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodle nests according to instructions, drain and drizzle with a little sesame oil (optional). 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok, add 200g thinly sliced beef steak and fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add 50g carrots, cut into matchsticks, 50g finely chopped red onion and 35g sliced spring onion and fry for another minute. 4. Pour over 1 sachet Blue Dragon Oyster & Spring Onion Stir Fry Sauce, add 20g Light Soy Sauce and toss in the noodles. Stir through until all ingredients are combined. 5. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately.

Step 1: Bring a pan of water to the boil.Step 2: Add noodles to the pan (1 nest per person).Step 3: Simmer for 5 minutes (or 4 minutes if used in a stir fry).Step 4: Drain, rinse in cold water and serve (or add as last minute element in a stir fry).
