CASSEROLE Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Season some flour with salt and freshly ground pepper. Dust the lamb shanks in the seasoned flour. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb shanks over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add vegetables and cook for five minutes. Add 500 ml of stock. Cover, place in oven and cook for remaining time. FOP: CASSEROLE 2-2 1/2 hours (Time 2-2 1/2 hours Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
