Preparation & Storage
- Do not wash poultry before cooking (In bold text) Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
For best results roast in oven. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and season. Score deeply and place in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1tbsp oil in frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal turn and seal other side, reduce heat until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-12 mins)
Do not reheat once cooled.
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed date shown. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. For use by date see front of pack.
