Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray, brush with oil and season. Cook in the centre of oven the juices run clear. (Time 40-45 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened, consume within two days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
