Two square tiers (25cm and 20cm) and two round tiers (15cm and 10cm) finished with marzipan and soft icing, decorated with dots and spots, with alternate rows of pearl-shaped beading and topped with handmade sugar-paste roses. Middle tiers are chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream, and top and bottom tiers are rich fruit cake covered with marzipan.
