- Cooking instructions - serves 2 - 3.1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4.2. In a saucepan, stir fry 2 thinly sliced, chicken breasts* in a little oil for three minutes.3. Pour over a jar of Patak's Biryani Sauce and add 150g uncooked Basmati Rice and 4tbsp of water.4. Bring to the boil, pour into an ovenproof dish and cover with a tight fitting lid. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.*Alternatively use prawns, mixed vegetables, lamb or beef.
Once jar is opened, use immediately.
