- Laksa Curry Noodle (Serves 4)You will need:185g (1 jar) - Malay Taste Laksa Curry Paste185ml - coconut milk1l - cold water or fish/chicken stock100g - raw prawns (deveined and deshelled) or boneless chicken100g - bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms or other quick cooking vegetables800g - dry rice noodles1. If using chicken, cut chicken into thin strips.2. Pour the water into a pot, add Laksa paste and bring to boil.3. Add the prawns/chicken and vegetables to the pot and bring the soup to boil. Turn down
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within one week.
