This Little Quiche can be eaten hot or cold. To heat up, preheat oven to 180�C, 350�F, Gas mark 4. Remove packaging & place on tray on the middle shelf of oven for about 20 minutes. This is a guide (some ovens vary).
Keep your quiche refrigerated. This quiche can be frozen. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Always defrost fully before cooking. Once thawed, don't re-freeze.
