- FOOD SAFETY TIPS.Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between uses.Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork or skewer.Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Once opened use with 24 hours.Keep refrigerated at 0°C - +4°C.Do not exceed the use by date.If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.Once thawed do not re-freeze.
