This wonderfully complex and richly fruity wine comes from noble vines grown high on the slopes of Mont Ventoux. Preparation & Storage
- The wine has been only lightly fined and filtered and is not cold-stabilized. You may, therefore, find a natural sediment in the bottle. Serve at cellar temperature with grilled meats, pasta dishes, cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine.
