- Hints and TipsPerfect for spreading and peaking icing onto fruit cakes, sponge cakes, tray bakes, buns and cookies.Contains enough icing to cover top and sides of a 7"to 8"(18 to 20cm) round cake.Colours and flavours can be added. Heat as directed, then add a few drops of Dr. Oetker liquid Colours orFlavourings and stir thoroughly.
Store in a cool, dry place. For best results store at room temperature 20°C. Once opened, store any unused Royal Icing in the refrigerator and use within 21 days.
