Preparation & Storage
- Shake well before use.Stir Fry Thai Green Curry:4-6oz of cubed chicken per person. Seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with one tablespoon of oil. Pour over sauce, reduce heat and simmer till tender. Garnish with cashew nuts or a small salad of shredded spring onion, cucumber and bean sprouts. Serve with plain boiled rice or fried rice. Stir fried noodles make a good alternative.Variations: Thinly sliced tender beef and pork, or prawns.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.Suitable for Home Freezing.
