Preparation & Storage
- Shake well before use.Chefs Serving Suggestions.Lamb or Chicken Korma:Cube 4-6oz meat per person and seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with 2 tbs oil. Add sauce and simmer till tender. Garnish with cream, flaked almonds or fresh coriander leaves, if desired. Serve with rice or Naan bread. Fruits such as banana, pineapple and lychees may be added to evoke Kashmiri flavours.Prawn Korma: Add cooked peeled prawns to sauce and heat thoroughly.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.Suitable for Home Freezing.
