Preparation & Storage
- Recipe for Madras Prawn CurryClean, wash, de-vein and pat dry 450g King prawns, finely chop 1 onion. Heat 50ml oil in a deep pan. Add the onions and fry till golden brown. Add 2 tbsp coconut cream or coconut milk. Add 2 tsp of Madras Curry Powder mild and cook for 1 minute. Add the Prawns and cook till done. Add Salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with thin slices of Ginger. Serve with Nishaan Roti or Naan Bread.Must be cooked prior to consumption
Store in a cool dry place with the seal closed.
