Preparation & Storage
- You Will Need:1 fresh egg (medium), 6g butter (approx. 1 heaped tsp), 3 tbsp water.Whisk together the cake mix, egg, butter and water in a bowl until smooth in consistency (around 8 minutes by hand, or 6 minutes by electric whisk).Put 2 teaspoons of the mix in each cake case and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (350°F/Gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.Once cooked, leave to cool.
