Gloriously sticky, pungent with an abundantly fruity tang.

Made in the small village of Epoisses in Burgundy. The rind of this cheese is washed over and over again in Marc de Bourgogne. The cheese has a much milder, but still with an extraordinary complex flavour that it's pungent aroma suggests.
