Preparation & Storage
- Store the goose, preferably in its bag, at the bottom of the refrigerator until required. When ready to cook, open the bag and remove the giblets from the neck flap and the neck from the main cavity of the bird. Place the giblets and neck on a plate, cove
- Cook for approximately 1 hour and 20 mins. Remove foil for last 20 mins. Allow to stand for 15 mins before carving.
