Crafted from pure sheep's milk in the Basque region of France in the heart of the Pyrénées mountains, Ossau-Iraty is a creamy cheese, traditionally served with cherry jam. The distinctive sweet fruity flavour and white body are the result of the careful maturing process which lasts for at least 3 months.
