- Cooking InstructionsUse the skewers supplied to hold the sausage whorlers in shape whilst cooking. Heat a frying pan and add half a teaspoon of vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the sausage whorlers. Cook for 4 minutes turn and cook for a further 4 minutes until fully cooked.Whilst the sausages are cooking:Pierce film on the potato tray in several places. Microwave on full power (Cat D-800W) for 2 minutes. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and continue heating for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute
