- Nyonya Kapitan Chicken Curry (Serves 3-4)You will need:185g (1 jar) - Malay Taste Nyonya Kapitan Curry Paste450g - chicken185ml - coconut milk1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.2. Heat 1 tbs oil in a deep frying pan/wok, add the Kapitan paste and 1tbs coconut milk, stir fry until aroma is released.3. Add the chicken, mix well and fry until cooked.4. Add the rest of the coconut milk and bring to a boil.5. Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.You may substitute chicken with water ches
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within one week.
