Preparation & Storage
- You will need:Plain flour (for rolling surface), 6g butter, 35ml of water.1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F/ Gas Mark 6 (180°C for a fan oven).2. Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and add the butter in small chunks.3. Add the water and stir the mixture until stiff and forms a ball.4. Dust a clean, smooth surface with plain flour. With a rolling pin roll out the dough to around 1/2cm in thickness.5. Use the cutter to cut your cookies and repeat step 4 to use up any left over mixture.6. You can either p
