- All you need is Potato, Onion and Canned TomatoesFirst chop and fry an onion in a little oil until soft. Stir in the Bombay Potato paste and cook for 3 minutes. Add 350g of diced potato and 500ml of water, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Next, add 200g of canned chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Add a little water if necessary. Serve hot with your favourite Patak's curry, garnish with a little fresh chopped coriander leaf (optional).It is important that this product
