- Veggie FritterAdd contents of the pack to a bowl with 200ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave to rest for 15 minutes.Grate your choice of vegetables. Add grated vegetables and some chopped parsley to the mix which has been resting for 15 minutes.Beat 1 egg and mix into the batter, blending until smooth.Heat a good amount of oil in a frying pan.
