- Paul's tipCooking the perfect sausageGet the pan and the oil hot.Take your sausages out of the fridge half an hour before cooking and added to hot oil (never cold).Fry in sunflower oil and not olive oil which can burn quickly.
Suitable for home freezing. Keep refrigerated at 0-4°C. Freeze on day of purchase use within three months of freezing. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
