- To prepare the Dough balls just place all the ingredients in a food processor or mix it by hand just until it comes together into a ball - the dough is really quick to prepare.We suggest here rolling the mix into small balls and baking to make the classic Brazilian 'Pao de Queijo' cheesebreads. No need for rising time - as soon as the dough is mixed, divide, roll into shape and bake or for convenience the rolled mini dough-balls can be frozen and baked later direct from frozen.Add fresh herbs during mixing
Store in a dry place, ambient temperature and away from direct sunlight.
