Microplane grater
A hand held multi-purpose grater that consists of a stainless steel blade approximately 5 x 12cm with a large number of micro blades and a plastic handle. The blade is very sharp and will grate a wide range of foods including lemon zest, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese, fresh root ginger, chocolate and garlic. Three different Microplane graters are available: coarse, extra coarse or fine.
