Aïloli

From ail the French for garlic, aïloli is a garlic flavoured sauce that originates from Provence. It is similar to mayonnaise in consistency and is made with garlic, olive oil and egg yolks, seasoning and lemon juice.

Uses:
Serve aïloli with a selection of crudité as a dip or to accompany grilled chicken or fish.

To store:
Keep covered in the fridge for up to 1 week.
