    Baked egg Florentine

    260g pack essential Waitrose Spinach
    2 essential Waitrose Free Range Eggs
    ½ x 350g tub essential Waitrose Cheese Sauce
    25g fresh breadcrumbs


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cook the spinach until just wilted. Drain well, pressing out excess liquid and divide between 2 ovenproof dishes.

    2. Make a well in the centre and crack in the eggs. Heat the sauce for 1-2 minutes then spoon over the egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot and the egg is set.
