Beef & orzo stroganoff

1 tbsp oil
340g pack essential Waitrose Frying Steak, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
150g mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp paprika
125g orzo pasta
300ml beef stock
3 tbsp soured cream
½ x 25g pack fresh parsley, chopped


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak and onion for 3 minutes, add the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.

2. Stir in the paprika and orzo and then add the stock. Cover and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the orzo is tender.

3. Stir in the soured cream, sprinkle over the parsley then season.
