This simple Bramble cocktail allows the zesty botanicals and deep floral aroma in Hendrick’s gin to be captured perfectly.


2 measures Hendrick’s Gin

1 measure freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ measure Monin Gomme sugar syrup (or make your own with 50:50 sugar and water)

½ measure Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur

Blackberries for garnish


Shake the first three ingredients together with ice and strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the Chambord over the top. Garnish with blackberries and serve with a straw.
