    Get your evening off to a great start by greeting your guests with tall glasses of Brazil's most famous cocktail. The key to this is 'muddling' the lime in the glass first

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    • 1 fresh lime (cut into eights)
    • 2 shots Sagabita Pura Cachaça
    • 1 shot sugar syrup
    • Mint Leaves, for garnishing

    Method

    1. Muddle the lime in the base of a robust tumbler glass to release the juices and oils in its skin. Pour in the cachaça and sugar. add crushed ice, stir well and garnish.
