Cheese sandwich 'sushi'


1-2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 slices Warburtons Medium Sliced White Bread, crusts removed
2 tbsp Branston Small Chunk Pickle
2 slices honey roast ham
2 Anchor Mature Cheddar Cheese Slices (selected stores) or 40g Anchor Mature Cheddar Cheese, sliced 


1. Sprinkle the sesame seeds to the same size as the 2 slices of bread over a sheet of baking parchment.

2. Using a rolling pin, press 1 side of the bread slices into the seeds. Spread the unseeded side with pickle and top each with a slice of ham and cheese. Roll up tightly, cut in half, and secure each with a cocktail stick.
