Chicken miso soup

50g Clearspring Brown Rice Miso Paste
1 essential Waitrose Carrot, halved and sliced
1 nest Waitrose Medium Egg Noodles
4 essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
70g pack essential Waitrose British Wafer Thin Roast Chicken, shredded


1. Place the miso paste in a saucepan and pour over 600ml boiling water. Bring to the boil, add the carrot and noodles then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in the onions and chicken, cook for 2–3 minutes and serve.
