chicken liver pate

  • 250g chicken livers
    125g butter
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp brandy
    salt and pepper
    mixed herbs


  1. soften onion and garlic in 25g butter. Add livers, bacon, herbs, salt and pepper and fry for 3 minutes. Liquidise adding more butter and the brandy
