Chilli jam chicken stir fry

350g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Mini Breast Fillets
3 tbsp Stokes Chilli Jam
1 tbsp oil
300g pack Waitrose brown Rice & Green Vegetable Stir Fry
1 tbsp light soy sauce


1. Mix together the chicken and chilli jam to coat evenly.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes, add the stir fry and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat.

3. Stir in the soy and season.
