Chilly Eton mess

150g Waitrose Seriously Creamy White Chocolate Ice Cream, softened
3 meringue nests, roughly broken
150g pack fresh raspberries
2 tbsp Waitrose Seriously Fruity Raspberry Coulis


1. Scoop the ice cream into bitesize spoonfuls and mix with the meringue and raspberries in a bowl. Spoon into 2 sundae glasses and drizzle over the raspberry coulis. Serve immediately.
