Citrus Curly Kale
- Preparation time: 1 minutes
- Cooking time: 3 minutes to 4 minutes
- Total time: 4 minutes to 5 minutes
- 2 x 200g bags curly kale, washed and drained
- Juice of half a lemon
- 25g butter
- Put the kale in a large saucepan with boiling water. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drain and place into a heated serving dish, stirring in the lemon juice. Season and top with the butter.
