Corned beef and new potato patties


500g essential Waitrose New Potatoes
232g can essential Waitrose British Corned Beef
1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp oil
100g bag essential Waitrose Mixed Salad


1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10–15 minutes until tender then drain and cool.

2. Mash the potatoes, stir in the corned beef and salad onions then season. Mould the mixture into 8 patties.

3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the patties in 2 batches for 2 minutes each side. Serve with the salad.

  • Total time: Ready in 20 minutes 20 minutes
