Creamy pork tagliatelle


1 tbsp oil
1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
1 essential Waitrose British Pork Fillet, diced
400g can essential Waitrose Cream of Mushroom Soup
500g pack fresh essential Waitrose Tagliatelle
25g pack parsley, chopped


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the pork for 5 minutes. Add the soup and cook for a further 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 4 minutes and drain. Stir into the pork with the parsley and stir to evenly coat.

  • Total time: Ready in 15 minutes 15 minutes
