Easy marmalade chicken with sesame fried rice

800g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken drumsticks, scored
100g essential Waitrose Orange & Ginger Marmalade
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 x 180g packs (from 720g bag) frozen essential Waitrose White Rice
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 bunch salad onions, sliced


1. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC, gas mark 6. Place the chicken in a roasting tin. Mix the marmalade and soy and pour over the chicken tossing to coat. Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through with no pink meat.

2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the rice and salad onions for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Season and serve with the chicken and leftover juices.
