Easy spaghetti & meatballs

300g pack Waitrose Reduced Fat British Beef Meatballs
600g bag frozen Waitrose Chargrilled Vegetable Medley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
400g pack Waitrose 1 San Marzano Tomatoes, chopped
275g spaghetti, snapped in half
1 tbsp chopped oregano, plus extra to serve
1. Heat a wide non-stick frying pan, brown the meatballs for 5 minutes, then remove. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Snip larger pieces with scissors once softened.
2. Stir in the meatballs and remaining ingredients with 600ml boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Sprinkle over oregano to serve. Delicious with grated cheese.
